About Monkey Bread
Monkey bread, also known as pull-apart bread or bubble bread, is a sweet, sticky pastry often served as a breakfast treat or dessert. It’s made by baking small pieces of dough, usually coated in butter, sugar, and cinnamon, in a bundt pan. When baked, the pieces stick together, forming a loaf that can be easily pulled apart by hand.
